Qualifications:
We're looking for compassionate, motivated clinicians who value creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.

Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or a related mental health field.

Licensed or pursuing licensure/credentialing in one or more of the following:
-
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
-
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
-
Registered Art Therapist (ATR/ATR-P)
-
Graduate working toward LPCC licensure or ATR credentialing

Ability to work independently while remaining engaged in clinical consultation and collaboration.

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.

Self-motivated and ready to develop or expand a caseload.
-
Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and client-centered care.
Responsibilities
Clinical Care
-
Provide individual counseling and/or art therapy sessions based on client needs and clinician qualifications.
-
Conduct diagnostic assessments when appropriately qualified and authorized.
-
Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
-
Complete progress notes, treatment plan updates, and discharge documentation in a timely manner.
-
Prepare therapeutic interventions, creative activities, and art directives appropriate to each client's needs.

Assess and respond to clinical concerns, including crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary.
Collaboration & Professional Development
-
Participate in regular clinical supervision and consultation, as appropriate to licensure and art therapy credentialing requirements.

Attend scheduled team consultation groups and contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment.

Maintain professional and ethical standards, including confidentiality, documentation, and appropriate clinical boundaries.

Communicate proactively regarding clinical concerns, scheduling needs, and professional development goals.
Practice Responsibilities
-
Respond to assigned referrals and communicate with prospective clients to support caseload development.

Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation within the practice management system.
-
Collaborate with administrative and billing support regarding client accounts, insurance claims, and payment questions as appropriate.

Maintain communication with practice leadership regarding caseload development and practice-related needs.
