Join Bloom Into Stillness—a virtual meditation and mindfulness group that offers a peaceful space each week to slow down, create, refocus, and recharge.

 

WHO IS THIS GROUP FOR?

This group is for anyone seeking a gentle and supportive space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with themselves. It’s ideal for those experiencing stress or burnout, individuals looking to strengthen their mindfulness practice, or anyone curious about integrating art and meditation for emotional balance and spiritual grounding. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have practiced for years, you’ll find a welcoming community and peaceful rhythm here.

What to Expect: 

Naema Aden, Expressive Arts Practitioner will be the facilitator  of this group. Each session begins with grounding and intention-setting to help you arrive fully in the present moment. You’ll then be guided through a themed meditation—focusing on relaxation, compassion, gratitude, or mindful awareness—followed by time to reflect through expressive art-making.

We’ll use simple materials to explore emotions, insights, and imagery that arise during meditation, transforming them into gentle creative expression. The group will close with open sharing and discussion, offering space for connection, encouragement, and integration of mindfulness practices into daily life.

 

You can expect a calm, supportive environment where you are invited to move at your own pace—no art experience or prior meditation background needed.

 When:

Starting November 10th — Mondays, 9:00–10:30 AM (biweekly for 4 months, closed group)
 

Where:

Virtual – join from anywhere. You will receive an email with a link to join the group each week after signing up. 
 

Format:

Guided meditation, reflection, and art-based mindfulness practices lead by an expressive arts practitioner.

$35 monthly

Open to anyone interested in slowing down, reconnecting, and growing in mindfulness

8x12 paper and your favorite art materials

Personal Risk Disclaimer:

All participants are responsible for and should be aware of their own physical, mental, and emotional safety. At times when we take the time to care for ourselves and create, sometimes we can become overwhelmed with emotions or thoughts that arise, which is very normal. These experiences can be invitations to acknowledge and processes hidden things that are calling out for attention. It is encouraged that you please be mindful of your needs during and after each session and take care of yourself. Please understand that this program does not involve treating mental health disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.


Confidentiality and Payment Policy:

All payments are due by the day of each group meeting. You can make a payment through Venmo, PayPal, or through the Square App. If you chose to make a payment through Venmo make sure to set the payment to private and have minimal description to uphold confidentiality. By enrolling in this group and attending, you have read the personal risk disclaimer and understand the potential risks and that you as the participant will be responsible for your own safety and well-being.

If you or someone in your family is seen for Clinical Art Therapy through The Bloom Studio and Counseling Services LLC, know that you may be disclosing that The Bloom clinician leading a group is your Therapist. The clinician will not disclose this information to the group but know that it may be inferred by others in the group.
