Hello, I’m Breanna. I am an Art Therapist and Mental Health Practitioner passionate about creating a patient, grounded, and compassionate space for growth. I believe learning and experimentation lead to growth in unexpected ways, and I strive to help clients reconnect with curiosity, creativity, and self-expression.

I focus on building authentic, strengths-based relationships and meeting each person’s unique and changing needs. Art therapy is a core part of my work — it can be used as a coping tool, a way to safely express and navigate emotions, or as a source of self-care. I value collaboration and honoring your story while helping you explore new perspectives and find beauty in challenges.
