Breathe • Stretch • Move • Relax: Virtual Qi Gong Class

Come join us for a calming 30-minute Qi Gong class designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. This mindful, gentle practice combines breath work, simple stretches, and flowing movements that help restore harmony between body and mind. Each week, we’ll move together in an easy, supportive flow—creating space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with your breath.

  • Anyone craving a short, peaceful pause in their week

All ages and abilities are welcome. Movements can easily be adapted while seated or standing, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
