Founder • Board-Certified Art Therapist • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Welcome! I’m Elliesha. I’m a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Adlerian Psychotherapy. I’m passionate about creating warm, creative, and supportive spaces where people can reconnect with their authentic selves.
While you begin your search for a therapist it is so important to find someone that is authentic and feels like a good fit for you. By beginning your search you have already started to create the change you are looking for. Together we can collaboratively work towards meaningful goals to create change and healing from past experiences. I believe it is so important to meet each individual's unique needs by creating and holding space to simply be heard, develop skills, create holistic life style changes, process emotions and experiences, develop your personal identity and self-esteem.
I love supporting:
-
helpers, healers, and caregivers
-
people navigating perfectionism or burnout
-
trauma recovery and nervous-system healing
-
adults seeking confidence, grounding, and self-trust
-
individuals exploring faith & spirituality
Therapy with me is integrative and creative. I draw from Adlerian Art Therapy and holistic psychotherapy, incorporating humor, encouragement, and curiosity. Art therapy is always optional — and can be used as a calming tool, a way to process emotions, or a deeper path into your story when words feel limited. Most importantly, I will meet you exactly where you are. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and intentional, always returning to your core goals and values.
Recognizing the need for healing takes courage. You don’t have to do it alone — and I’d be honored to support you.
Outside the Therapy Room:
Outside of work, creativity continues to shape my life. I love painting, making art from found objects in nature, weaving, and tending to my garden. I’m a big fan of art, cats, and plants — anything that brings a little beauty and calm into the day. For fun, you’ll often find me at the movies, camping, or going to concerts with people I love.
