Hi, I’m Faith. I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to supporting individuals ages 13 and up as they navigate life’s challenges. I create a safe, trusting space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
My approach:
I use a strengths-based, person-centered perspective, drawing from various interventions to meet each person’s unique needs. Mindfulness and self-care practices are woven into therapy to help clients connect with themselves and build coping strategies that support well-being. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, and I prioritize creating a collaborative space for exploration and growth.
