Naema Aden, Mental Health & Expressive Arts Therapist Practitioner
Welcome!
Hi! I’m Naema. I welcome clients from all walks of life, believing therapy works best when it’s authentic and grounded in genuine connection. My mantra is: Be real, be you. I work collaboratively with clients to uncover strengths, build understanding, and cultivate belonging. Healing may take time, but together we explore autonomy, creativity, and meaningful goals in love, connection, and purposeful work.
My approach:
I use a client-centered approach that blends verbal and nonverbal methods of healing. Through expressive arts, clients explore emotions, experiences, and strengths beyond words. I honor that healing is never linear and create a supportive space for growth at each client’s pace.
