Natalie Dolezal
Hi, I'm Natalie Dolezal. I am a Mental Health and Art Therapist Practitioner with a focus in Adlerian Psychology.
My ideal client is someone who is looking to embark on a journey of self-discovery and get in touch with their authentic self. Whether you are someone who is impacted by trauma, addiction, or the everyday stressors of life, art therapy can be a powerful method for change. A client seeking to do art therapy with me needs no prior art experience, only a desire to grow and create. Together, we can create an environment of trust and safety, and with the use of art materials, we can have some fun along the way!
My areas of passion include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, self-esteem building, LGBTQ+ issues, and identity work. I also love to work with adolescents/teens and adults, ages 10 and up! By utilizing the art making process, I work with clients to build new neurology around safety and re-story their lives. I also pull from a blend of modalities, such as Adlerian, Person-centered, and Narrative therapy to inform your care and guide us in your treatment.
If you are someone who is seeking to learn more about yourself and live a more joy-filled life, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey. Through our work together, my hope is that you can find meaning in our space where your authentic self is allowed to bloom and flourish.
