Specialties: Adolescents • Teens • Adults • Trauma Recovery • Anxiety • Depression • Identity Work
Hi, I’m Natalie. I am a Mental Health and Art Therapy Practitioner with a focus in Adlerian Psychology. I love supporting clients who are ready to begin a journey of self-discovery and reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether you’ve been impacted by trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, or the everyday stressors of life, art therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth.
No prior art experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Together, we’ll create a space of trust, safety, and compassion. Along the way, art making often brings moments of insight, playfulness, and even joy.
Natalie is especially passionate about supporting adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, and LGBTQ+ experiences. Through the creative process, clients build a deeper sense of inner safety and re-story their lives in empowering, life-giving ways. The work is grounded in Adlerian, person-centered, and narrative approaches, guided by what best supports each individual’s healing.
Therapy Approach
Clients describe sessions as gentle, validating, and collaborative. Natalie integrates creative expression through art therapy with evidence-informed approaches such as Adlerian, person-centered, and narrative therapy. The goal is to help clients feel safe, seen, and empowered while exploring their story and growing toward their authentic self.

Art Therapy
Art therapy is offered as an optional, supportive tool to process emotions and build new ways of thinking and feeling. No prior art experience is required — just a desire to explore, create, and grow.
Outside the Therapy Room
Outside of therapy, Natalie enjoys being outdoors — especially in the woods or on the water. In warmer months, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, or camping are favorite activities. In colder months, cozy evenings with cat Zoey and time with a partner watching anime or playing video games are a joy. Favorites include Haikyuu, Spy x Family, and Chainsaw Man, and lately Stardew Valley and Tales of the Shire.
